Just had first cataract surgery, extremely satisfied. Office staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Cravey is a caring and has wonderful "bedside manner". The staff and Dr Cravey knows I'm hearing impaired, they go the extra trouble to make sure I understand! He's definitely a keeper!

Front office staff are not helpful and don't show any degree of care for patients in need. Scheduling is over booked. Dr. Cravey is very knowledgeable but not forthcoming when answering questions and always seems in a hurry to leave.

Based on all these negative reviews my only conclusion is they're shills, statements by competing physicians. I would trust Dr. Cravey with any kind of eye surgery. His staff are well trained and attentive and waiting times have always been short compared to my other doctors. I've had cataract su...
