Very easy to follow. Jill, coach, assists with events when I have them to help me plan. Encourages me to add goals regarding exercise weights. Good start 7 # down after 3 5 weeks.

After a year, I have lost 80 pounds. I love my coaching appointments. If I show up with intent, I am always met by support, sincerity and that little extra push. They do not judge, but they also force me to set aside excuses and focus on the small steps that need to occur on a long journey.
