Terrible billing practices. Constantly bill the wrong insurance and it takes you hours on the phone for them to correct their own mistake. If you're a doctor's office do not outsource you billing to this group.

Physician billed for services that were never rendered. You don't find out until you receive surprise bills. Contacting their billing department is useless as they go along with the erroneous billing submitted by the physician.
