These people couldn't be more helpful & professional! They took excellent care of me, even though I was a "walk-in", when the website said appointments were required. And, they were about $20 cheaper than other places listed!

Lovely ladies. Very sweet. However, as a business it is ran poorly. I was told it would take 15 minutes for the service. The appointment was at 230 and i wasn't able to leave until 330. I give Alpha and Omega five stars for service. They provided friendly, efficient and fast service. The cost of service was great when compared to others. I made an appointment and I was taken care of immediately. My information was verified and submitted. I highly recommend Alpha and Omega.

Very nice couple that manage this office to get your background check, fingerprints in a speedy manner but with the utmost professionalism. Called to make an appointment and the owner even opened the door for me. Definitely will come back if I need them in the future.
