Skyla was very helpful today. I was pretty unhappy with an extra fee being imposed by MedVidi that I didn’t think was fair. She understood the situation and was very helpful in quickly escalating my problem and getting back to me promptly. She was even able to get the fee waived. Thanks Skyla
