I have lost over 8lbs so far going to Medi weight loss clinic. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have reasonably priced items to assist on your journey and also provides free samples of products.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. I've seen real weight loss progress during my time (almost 40 pounds in about 3 months). While it is not cheap it is worth the cost for the guidance and assistance while working on losing weight.
