I had my first visit today and had an annual exam. Everyone was so nice and polite, from the security guard to the receptionist and medical team (nurse, doctor, lab tech, concierge). Everyone was knowledgeable and caring.

The clinic itself is good, but honestly a few years here, and EVERY call, years later, is still 30min MINIMUM hold. Sometimes over an hour! Insane. That just says we don't care about you the fact that they have not at this point fixed this.

Clean and efficient. Bright staff. Don't be afraid to go!! They're gentle and caring.

Terrible experience my appointment was rescheduled for 4 months later in December and now my name is not on there books, thankfully I’m a healthy senior our health care system has failed me. No accountability whatsoever!
