I think this practice is under resourced and possibly poorly managed. It has taken a couple of weeks to get a call back regarding my Mum. Typically they have very long waiting times when telephoning and it is very difficult to get an appointment. Today I phoned at 11.30 and there were 7 ahead of me ...

Seen by Lynsey nurse practitioner today for screening test. She was excellent, kind and caring and explained everything felt very looked after and not rushed. Thanks x
