Benefits, Side Effects, Cost & Protocols

Enclomiphene peptide molecular structure diagram from PubChem

Enclomifene is a nonsteroidal selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) of the triphenylethylene group. It acts by antagonizing estrogen receptors in the pituitary gland, reducing negative feedback on the HPG axis, thereby increasing gonadotropin secretion and testosterone production. It is one of the two stereoisomers of clomifene.
